5. There are no bad ideas. This is a safe place.
6. Everyone participates. No one dominates. 
7. Share your experience freely.
8. One speaker at a time.
9. Be an active listener.  Keep an open mind.
10. Agree only if it makes sense to do so.
11. Let’s learn something and accomplish something together.
12. No Snipers:  no heckling, no shout outs, no drive-by shootings.
